Project Overview

The project consists of a New Construction of an approximately 80,000 sq. ft. 4-story school serving TK-5th grade. Constructed in Mission Bay on an approximately 2.5-acre site.

 Mechanical Highlights

The HVAC System includes the following:

• (2) Dedicated Outside Air Units with heat recovery serving ventilation to the space

• VRF design for heating and cooling throughout using ducted horizontal FCUs

• A gym and pre-function area is provided with a dedicated heat pump
