 Project Overview

The new building New Construction of a 250,000-sq. ft. research and academic facility serving the UC Davis Medical Center campus. The facility will serve as office and classroom facilities for the campus.

 Mechanical Highlights

An all-electric HVAC design, including:

• Rooftop air-cooled heat pump chillers provide heating and cooling to the facility

• Custom air handling units providing 100% OSA to the space

• Combination 4-Pipe FCUs and 4-Pipe chilled beams for zone-level heating and cooling

• Completed the domestic-plumbing system for the facility
