Project Overview

The Project consists of a three-story, 71,208 sq. ft. new building for Student Union primary programs and houses activity spaces, meeting rooms, lounges, food service space, bookstore, retail space, student government and organization space, and administrative and support spaces.

Mechanical Highlights

• Tie-in and expansion of underground chilled and heating water infrastructure including over 2500 lineal feet of direct bury piping.

• Indoor air handling units providing heating/cooling and ventilation for a VAV-reheat system

• Radiant piping for heated floors throughout a significant portion of the facility

• Infrastructure for the future buildout of a kitchen/café & pantry space including grease duct, and makeup air systems
