Mateo, CA
A 7 building county detention complex including; secured
housing, recreation, administration and courts facilities.
Valley installed 100,000 sq ft of metal roofing as well as
flashing, coping, expansion joints and wall panels. CD: '06
Secure Treatment Facility, Coalinga, CA
State detention hospital complex. This 1.2 million sq ft, 40+ building facility includes a 1500 bed hospital and will generate over 2,000 jobs. FMB installed 1 million pounds of duct work and performed HVAC and site utility piping. CD: '05
Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA
Federal Prison complex. This 700 thousand sq ft multi-building facility was one of the first federal prisons performed under a design build contract. FMBDBC completed the metric system based HVAC design and energy analysis within a 4 month window. FMBDBC installed HVAC systems at this remote facility. CD: '03
